Mr. Michael Epifanio
Executive Staffing & Consulting
Michael began his professional life in the kitchen of his grandfather’s neighborhood Italian restaurant in Queens NY when he was 10 years old! He quickly adapted to the hectic pace of the restaurant business and by the time he was 13 years old he was running the kitchen! Over the years Michael became a successful restaurateur. Michael cites his success in the recruiting business back to his days of running his own restaurants; “I love people, and I love to make them happy; there is no greater satisfaction than seeing the smile of well fed customers; the recruiting business is no different you feed your customers great service/value and in the end they are absolutely satisfied.”
Michael Epifanio is the President of Veritas Search Consultants, Inc. and has been in executive staffing and consulting for the past 14 years. Michael began his career in executive recruiting/consulting in 1995 with a nationally recognized Information Technology Firm headquartered in New York City. In a short period of time Michael was promoted to Vice President of Operations and was relocated to Charlotte North Carolina to head up the Charlotte division with the responsibility of managing the consulting and executive recruiting division. In 1999 Michael formed a partnership with a boutique Executive Recruiting & Consulting firm and began building several practice areas which included Biotechnology, Information Technology, Broadcasting and Banking.
In 2004 Michael formed Veritas Search Consultants, Inc. which currently has three strategic practice areas; Telecommunications/Technology, Non-profit , Financial Services and Biotechnology/Pharma. Over the years Michael has been a trusted advisor to his clients. As a result he has helped companies significantly impact their bottom lines and experience incredible growth by bringing in game changing candidates. Michael has developed a recruiting methodology which has proven to be effective in every practice area he has started. Michael is part of an elite group of top producing recruiters in the country and is considered an expert in recruiting and sourcing.
Michael is a Deacon and Teacher at Christ Covenant Church in Charlotte, NC. He has a real passion for the “least of these” in society. Michael resides in Waxhaw, NC (just outside of Charlotte), with his wife of twenty years and two children.

Dean Tracy
Executive Bio
Dean Tracy is a professional Recruiter, Career Coach and Public Speaker based in Northern California with an emphasis on placing and coaching professionals at a national level.
As a Speaker on perfecting the art of Managing your Career Transition, Dean has delivered presentations to networking groups and clients throughout Northern California, including The State of California, Several Non-Profit Job Support Groups and has been the Keynote Speaker for the Employment Transition Services Group of UC Berkeley.
In addition to writing for Examiner.com, he is a contributing author for the “Career Advice” section on high-profile career boards such as The Ladders & Six-Figure Jobs. Additionally, the National Resume Writers Association has used Dean’s articles and advice on “Resume MakeOver’s” in their newsletters and publications.
He is the Founder of the National Leadership & Career Management Advisory Group, a multifold Advisory Group, comprised of experts in their respective fields from a variety of market segments across the Country. This program is designed to enhance all aspects of Leadership Development & Advancement, Corporate Visibility & Market-Share and Human Capital & Resource Management through their extensive partner alliance and advisory network.
In January 2002, Dean redefined the Job Connections Program in Danville. Under his leadership, with more than 3,200 participants and approximately 65 volunteers, this program has grown to become one of the largest and most reputable face-to-face professional networking groups in the Greater Bay Area.
Judson Heinricher
Executive Bio
Judson has over 18 years of sales and marketing experience. She has 10 years of experience in executive search consulting with a concentration in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life science industries. She also has conducted executive searches in the mortgage banking industry.
Judson has received extensive training in professional interviewing skills and has been trained in candidate assessment and client presentations.
Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, Judson worked in the field of education as an instructor and received numerous honors and special recognition teaching awards.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Winthrop University.
In 2005, Judson received two special recognition Sanford Rose Associates recognition awards, one as the New Consultant of the Year and another as one of the worldwide system’s top individual search consultants for search revenue generated.
- Nearly 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience, with over 10 years in Executive Search Consulting, with a concentration in Life Science Industries.
- Additional Executive Search experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry.
