  • Will the Hiring Manager know your true “Value Proposition” when he/she only gives your resume a 17-20 second glance?
  • Have you identified “Quantifiable” or “Qualifiable” results in your resume?
  • Does your resume represent the “Depth” and “Capacity” that you bring to the company?
  • Are you leveraging your resume to maximize your career search potential?

The Process

  • Submit your resume to info@VeritasSearch.com, put in the subject line “Resume Makeover”
  • Once received, we will schedule a conference call with you and one of your Resume Consultants to offer a Free 15 Minute Resume Assessment
  • If you choose to engage our Resume MakeOver Services, we will initiate the changes in the resume that was originally submitted for review, and will send it back to you with highlighted comments and questions.
  • You will address & edit those highlighted segments of the resume and will send it back to our Resume Team.
  • This back/forth process will continue through two iterations of the resume, at which time, the process will be completed.
  • The typical timing on this project is 7 – 10 business days. Much of the exchange is based upon schedules and priorities from both parties.
